4pm – Little Tigers (ages 2 to 6 years old)
5pm – Karate and Self Defence
6pm – Muay Thai and Fitness
Forbes is managed by Sensei Amanda (2nd Dan Black Belt in Karate, Gold Prajet in Muay Thai, Brown Belt in Kemp Jiu Jitsu, 1st Kyu 5th red Stripe in Kobujutsu)
