This builds confidence and gives you the strength needed to start learning offensive techniques. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to spar with your fellow students and progress onto more advanced manoeuvres.
While participating in Muay Thai lessons at our Bathurst dojo, you’ll have access to our training equipment. From punching bags to hit shields, grappling dummies and speed balls – our dojo has everything you need to perfect your skills.
For developing your fitness, you can use our cardio and weight lifting equipment at your leisure. We have elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills; bench presses, dumbbells and barbells.
