Your family is your greatest asset. At Pollet’s Martial Arts we pride ourselves on empowering families and individuals with the skills to protect. Our centre is a family based dojo where you will feel exactly that: “Part of the family”. Come along and see what our amazing new Dojo has to offer.
Martial Arts Classes Bathurst
From Muay Thai, to Mixed Martial Arts and traditional Boxing – learn any style of martial arts in the comfort of our training facilities! Our dojo is conveniently located in the suburb’s Upper North region, just off Durham St. We have a range of martial arts facilities to cater for all fighting styles, along with cardio and weight training equipment to give you a complete workout. Our Martial Arts Classes Bathurst give students the mentality needed to develop their physical strength and mental well-being.
Our dojo is spacious and features everything you need to practice your chosen fighting style. The training area is padded with EVA foam, which absorbs your body weight and helps you maintain stability during our Martial Arts Lessons Bathurst. These areas also come with punching boxes, grappling dummies and shields.
Traditional Boxing Rings and MMA Cages
With our world class facilities, you can experience the thrill of traditional boxing and MMA under one roof. Our boxing rings are made from the same material as professional venues. The non-slip flooring helps maintain your fighting stance, while the padded corners and ropes absorb each impact.
And for an authentic MMA session, our cages are made from reinforced steel and thick foam floor padding. Their size and dimensions match their real-world counterparts, so your skills and techniques are easily transferable to any competitive setting.
Cardio and Weightlifting Facilities
Need to develop your upper body strength or leg muscles? We have an array of cardio and weightlifting equipment designed to train any part of your body, including:
- Exercise bikes
- Step machines
- Elliptical trainers
- Bench presses
When you’re not participating in one of our Martial Arts Classes Bathurst, you can use our facilities at any time to fine-tune your stamina, improve flexibility or focus on your muscular development.
